    It might be a blessing that we don't have In-N-Out here in Mississippi….I would probably quadruple in size very quickly! hahaha!

    Learning the history of the crossed palm trees is fun too…Pirates Buried Treasure is the reasoning… and if you were lucky enough to grow up near Baldwin Park (the original home) you got to do class field trips to the headquarters and get a free burger afterward!

    Being a SoCal native now living in Texas (Houston, not Dallas where the closest In-N-Out is) I am glad you enjoyed your eating experience. When you make it back, you need to find out more about the "Secret Menu" to get even greater things on your burger! Things like a Lightly Toasted Bun, adding pickles or peppers, Protien Style, or the Flying Dutchman will delight you!
